Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2011, as dismissed an appeal from an amended interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 29, 2010, for failure to timely perfect, to reinstate the appeal, and to stay all eviction proceedings pending hearing and determination of the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
