Appellant having moved for an order directing the Clerk of the Court of Claims to send appellant a copy of the trial transcripts by November 7, 2011, on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on February 4, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Antonio Brown sworn to October 6, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.
