Adam Bobak having moved for an order of this Court ordering New Hampshire Insurance Company to comply with this Court's orders and instructions of April 30, 2010, and June 7, 2011, and to submit to this Court a copy of the record on the consolidated appeals taken herein from an order and an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie, on July 2, 2008, and December 22, 2008,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Edward C. Cosgrove, Esq., sworn to October 5, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Paul D. McCormick, Esq., dated October 17, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that appellants are hereby ordered to file with this Court, on or before November 28, 2011, the transcript of the hearing on remittal, any papers upon which Supreme Court relied in issuing its decision and order entered May 25, 2011, and the original record on appeal in the consolidated appeals taken herein.
