On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 28, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 9 2011, is amended by deleting from second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
