Application by the appellant-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals and cross appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated December 15, 2010, and an order of the same court dated March 29, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant-respondent's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 19, 2011, and the appellant-respondent's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
