Separate appeals by Marcelina Martinez-Garcia and Steven P. Kmetz, the attorney for the child, from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated September 13, 2011. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Carol Pfeffer, Esq., dated October 24, 2011, it is
ORDERED that the respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
