| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Eunice International Company, Inc., Blessings Christian Mission School, Inc., Queens Music School, Inc., Noel Yiang-Fon Lin, and Shu Chen for leave to reargue their prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 10, 2011, and, inter alia, to stay the sale of the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 11, 2011, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 11, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
