| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Steven Fielman to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to Executive Law § 298 which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 30, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondent Steven Fielman to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 5, 2011, and the brief of the respondent Steven Fielman must be served and filed on or before that date.
