DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in accordance with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 29, 2011, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered April 9, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's brief which was submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 9, 2011, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
