Motion by appellant pro se to restore a notice of appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered April 11, 2011, for the purpose of appealing from an order of the same court entered September 7, 2011. The appeal from the April 11, 2011 order was dismissed by decision and order of this court dated July 20, 2011 on the ground that no appeal lies from a refusal to sign an order to show cause.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
Appellant cannot restore the dismissed notice of appeal but must file a notice of appeal from the September 7, 2011 order.
