Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for continuation of stay pending appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to December 23, 2011. Respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before January 24, 2012. A reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before February 3, 2012. The appeal is removed from the January 2012 term of this Court and set down for the February 2012 term. It is further

ORDERED that the motion for a continuation of the stay pending appeal is referred to Justice Lahtinen, who makes the following decision: Motion granted, without costs, and the stay is extended provided the appeal is perfected on or before December 23, 2011.
