(and a third-party action).

Motion by appellants for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered December 14, 2010, and to consolidate the appeal with an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered November 5, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals are consolidated under appeal no. 2011-181 N C; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeal is granted and the consolidated appeal shall be perfected by December 2, 2011.
