Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 28, 2011, as directed that a certain temporary restraining order be continued, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order entered September 28, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
