Motion by Diane B. Groom, attorney for the children, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 21, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until December 14, 2011, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
