DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent v Howard Salten, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, rendered October 7, 2010, to compel the Justice Court to furnish appellate counsel with the transcripts of the minutes of all proceedings.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the Justice Court shall within 30 days of service by appellant upon it of a copy of this decision and order furnish the transcripts of the minutes of all the proceedings, including the sentencing minutes and any minutes relating to pre-trial issues, to appellate counsel, except for those transcripts that have previously been provided.
