ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by Travco Insurance Company pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 4, 2009, February 23, 2011, and April 12, 2011, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that Travco Insurance Company's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until January 20, 2012, and the joint record or appendix on appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and Travco Insurance Company's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that Juan Contreras and Lenor Contreras shall serve and file an answering brief, including points of argument on the cross appeal, in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
