On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated July 8, 2011, October 28, 2011, and November 2, 2011, respectively, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered May 9 2011, are amended by deleting therefrom the words "Queens County" and substituting therefor the words "Westchester County."
