DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Katherine M. from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 6, 2011. The appellant's motion for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel was granted on June 20, 2011, and the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal:

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
