Motion by the appellant Ebony C.G., in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 24, 2011, which, inter alia, dismissed her appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated February 22, 2011, to reinstate the appeals, and to amend the caption to reflect the proper name of the appellant Ainsley M. J., Sr.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 24, 2011, is recalled and vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before January 9, 2012, the appellant Ebony C.G., shall serve and file her brief on the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the caption is amended to reflect the proper name of the appellant Ainsley M. J., Sr., as set forth above.
