| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recalendar an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 16, 2010, and set a briefing schedule for the respondent's brief and the reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, on or before December 19, 2011, the respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before January 3, 2012, the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, and the appeal will be calendared after all of the briefs have been filed.
