Motion by the respondent to strike footnote 1 on page 3 of the appellants' reply brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 15, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, footnote 1 on page 3 of the appellants' reply brief is deemed stricken, and will not be considered in the determination of the appeal.
