In the Matter of Angela Hayes, appellant,

v Matthew Hayes, respondent.

(Docket No. F-3906/10)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Angela Hayes from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 1, 2011, and July 29, 2011, respectively.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated March 1, 2011, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted, and the appeal from the order dated July 29, 2011 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from an order of a support magistrate before objections have been reviewed by a judge of the Family Court (see Family Ct Act § 439[e]).

RIVERA, J.P., LEVENTHAL, ROMAN and SGROI, JJ., concur.
