On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 16, 2011, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 11, 2009, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "February 14, 2011" and substituting therefor the date "February 14, 2012."
