ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 31, 2011, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated November 12, 2010, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "November 15, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "November 28, 2011".
