| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 19, 2011, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 19, 2011, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order dated August 19, 2011, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before October 19, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated September 19, 2011, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "October 19, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "November 4, 2011," and the brief served and filed on that date is deemed timely served and filed.
