ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 2, 2011, which dismissed an appeal by Ronald Pirtle from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 23, 2011, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof Indictment No. "3854/96", and substituting therefor Indictment No. "3864/96".
