Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 22, 2011. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Winsome Rhudd, Esq., dated November 16, 2011, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Khaldia E. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal on behalf of Khaldia E.:

(2) Khaldia E. is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact her, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
