Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel to be relieved of an assignment to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered September 13, 2010, and for the assignment of new counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to counsel filing a brief pursuant to Anders v California (386 US 738), if he be so advised.
