Motion by the respondents for a preference in the calendaring of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 10, 2011, and an appeal from an order of the same court entered September 7, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall perfect the appeals on or before December 29, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before January 30, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before February 9, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals will be calendared after all of the briefs have been filed.
