Application by the third-party defendant-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 19, 2011, and a judgment of the same Court dated November 3, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the time of the third-party defendant-respondent to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 30, 2011, and the third-party defendant-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
