Application by the plaintiff-respondent-appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 9, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the plaintiff-respondent-appellant's time to serve and file an answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until December 27, 2011, and the plaintiff-respondent-appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents briefs shall be served and filed on or before January 26, 2012.
