Motion by appellant pro se on appeals from two orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County, dated, respectively, December 4, 2006 and October 26, 2009, and a final judgment of the same court entered October 19, 2009, for sanctions against the attorney for respondent Mautner-Glick Corporation. The appeals were transferred to this court by a decision and order of the Appellate Division, Second Department, dated December 3, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
