Appellant having moved to reschedule the oral argument of the appeals taken from a judgment of Ontario County Court, rendered October 3, 2008 and the order of Ontario County Court entered February 25, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of William G. Pixley, Esq. dated October 13, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals are removed from the term commencing on February 21, 2012, and,
It is further ORDERED that the appeals shall be added to the day calendar for April 6, 2012.
