DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated September 2, 2010, and September 8, 2011, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the parties shall file 10 copies of the record or appendix on the appeals and their respective briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated September 2, 2010, is enlarged until January 4, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
