file and serve briefs amici curiae upon the appeal.

ORDERED that the motion by the District Attorneys Association of the State of New York is granted and its amicus curiae
brief shall be filed and served on or before December 5, 2011, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion by the Innocence Project is
granted and its amicus curiae brief shall be filed and served on or before December 12, 2011.
