| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 7, 2011, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 3, 2011, upon the perfection of an appeal from the judgment on or before December 7, 2011, and to calendar together the appeal from the judgment with an appeal from an order of the same court entered April 22, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated November 7, 2011, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "December 7, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "January 24, 2012"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day.
