DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents-appellants J. Gerald Quirk, Jr., and University Associates in Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C., and separate motion by the respondents-appellants Ernst Jean Paul, Jr., Scott J. Flashner, and Lawrence Kessler, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 21, 2010, and May 31, 2011, respectively, and appeals from a judgment of the same court entered August 5, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file their respective briefs, including their points of argument on their cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until January 3, 2012, and their respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
