Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 24, 2010, and October 22, 2010, respectively, a judgment of the same court dated November 23, 2010, and an amended judgment of the same court dated December 20, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 16, 2011, and the appellants' reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
