Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue an appeal from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 18, 2007, as convicted him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 22, 2011.
