Sotir, Jr., Esq., sworn to October 26, 2011, and the affidavit of Sandra Fisher Swanson, Esq., sworn to October 27, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion that includes an affidavit addressing the allegations regarding petitioner-appellant's income and assets contained in the affidavit of Richard L. Sotir, Jr., Esq., sworn to October 26, 2011, and the affidavit of Sandra Fisher Swanson, Esq., sworn to October 27, 2011.
