Appellant having moved to reschedule oral argument of the appeal taken from a decree of the Monroe County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on November 3, 2010,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Melvin Bressler, Esq., dated October 12, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal shall be removed from the term of the Court commencing February 21, 2012, and added to the term of the Court commencing March 26, 2012.
