Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Victor Alan Oliveri, Esq., sworn to November 16, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Roger B. Lawrence, Esq., dated November 18, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 26, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 6, 2011, and inserting in its place the date February 21, 2012, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 26, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 21, 2011, and inserting in its place the date March 7, 2012.
