Appellants having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on June 8, 2011 (Appeal No. 1), and September 27, 2011 (Appeal No. 2), and respondent The Netherlands Insurance Company having cross-moved to strike appellants' notice of appeal from the order entered September 27, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Dirk J. Oudemool, Esq., sworn to October 19, 2011, and November 1, 2011, the affirmation of Scott D. Storm, Esq., dated October 26, 2011, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals from the orders entered June 8, 2011, and September 27, 2011, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the cross motion is denied, with leave to renew at oral argument.
