Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties, dated November 20, 2011, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal from the order dated July 6, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-07800), is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
