Motion by appellant to amend the record on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered April 29, 2010, to include his expert's disclosure.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is stricken from the general calendar as the minutes of the trial have not been settled; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal after the appeal has been properly perfected.
