DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in a certain disciplinary proceeding pursuant to Education Law § 3020-a pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 1, 2010, and a judgment of the same court entered August 4, 2010, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the same court dated November 22, 2011, and to consolidate that appeal with the two prior appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings in the disciplinary proceeding is granted, and all proceedings in the disciplinary proceeding pursuant to Education Law § 3020-a against the appellant by the respondents are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals from the order dated April 1, 2010, and the judgment dated August 4, 2010; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated November 22, 2011 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-10886), is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
