Application by the respondents Abraham Gues and Elrac, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 9, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 22, 2011, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before January 9, 2012.
