Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered April 15, 2008, and for the assignment of new counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking leave to file a supplemental brief after the appellant's assigned counsel files a brief.
