| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 12, 2010, for poor person relief, for the assignment of counsel, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to represent the respondent in connection with the appeal:

and it is further,
ORDERED that former counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
