Motion by the defendants for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 3, 2011, and November 15, 2011, respectively, and to stay enforcement of a temporary restraining order contained in the order dated November 3, 2011, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
